As a nutritionist, I focus on what you eat. As a health coach, I focus on the way you live. Anyone can give you a diet plan; I want to dive deeper and help you overcome the obstacles that have kept you from achieving your goals. Getting to your personal “WHY” is the key to your success. When you’re armed with a firm understanding of your reasons for change, achieving your goals becomes possible.

Together, we will create a customized, easy-to-follow food and wellness plan that is based on real science, eliminates confusion and gets you glowing by indulging in gorgeous, healthy, clean eating!

No deprivation, fad diets or gimmicks.  We’ll ditch food obsession, emotional eating and all or nothing thinking. You’ll finally be empowered to embrace a healthy relationship with your body and the food you give it.

WHAT COACHING LOOKS LIKE

  • Create Awareness. There’s so much erroneous information out there.  We’ll begin by helping you get clear about your current health habits and concerns so you can gain a better understanding of YOU. A complete nutritional analysis will get us started. 
  • Establish Your Vision. I operate in a judgment-free zone.  What’s on the other side of this journey for YOU? 6 months, one year, five years from now? It’s time to think about real possibility. Dream big. We’ll focus on the benefits of change and get you comfortable being your own best guide. 
  • Design A Food Plan. We’ll now customize a strategy for your success. Honest, realistic and flexible. It’s not about magic bullets or a quick solution.  No mealtime math.  Just a practical plan incorporating the foods you love and mindful and intuitive eating. Self-sabotage will be a thing of the past. 
  • Develop A Wellness Plan: This step includes guidance on stress management; getting your body moving; quality sleep; self-acceptance and developing a positive, supportive environment. Taking care of yourself becomes your top priority.
  • Accountability Check-ins: What’s working, what isn’t and why? Do we need to tweak the plan? Do you need more alternatives to old coping mechanisms? If you’re not yet solid, you are definitely on your way. A second nutrition analysis let's us know how you're progressing. Let’s celebrate your wins! If there are setbacks, we’ll talk it through, learn from it and make adjustments.  Now you have the skills!

  • Personalized cooking instruction: Learn your way around the kitchen! The ability to cook even a few basic meals is the foundation for promoting good health. I will meet you at your level of skill and enhance your plant-based, clean-eating repertoire.
  • Meal preparation: Reserving just a few hours to get ready for the week ahead is a solid step towards achieving your goals. Let's prep & store everything you need for the week ahead, I will work with you side-by-side and teach you how simple it is to have satisfying food at your fingertips.
  • Kitchen Rehab: Let’s get dirty.  A well-organized kitchen, refrigerator and pantry are essential to nutritional success. I will help you create an environment that promotes healthy choices and ease of use.
